Best part of the trip was a stop at Zion National Park to hike Angles Landing. Utah is kind of amazing.
Downpour on our way up. |
Those are drop offs on either side. I thought I was afraid of heights but this didn't phase me. |
The trail. The view is at the top. |
And what a view! We were up on the top for a good half hour and no one ever came to take a picture of us. We got some really awkward shots with the timer. |
A little bit better, but we are still laughing. |
When your husband gets skinnier than you-hide half of yourself behind him. |
Sun damage |
My urban cowboy. So cute! |
Great photos of one of the best hikes in the world.
ReplyDeleteYou guys are brave! Just the idea of that hike scares me. You got some beautiful (and awkward) photographs up there. Utah is kind of amazing.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so cute! I have to say though, my favorite is the awkward shot... ha, ha, love it! Glad you got some time to yourselves. I've been thinking about you lots and am happy to see you are doing so well!
ReplyDeleteJake and I hiked this 2 years ago for his birthday. I loved it! The self-timer photos were way better than any a stranger would've taken:)
ReplyDeleteYour pictures.....wow. Wow. I seriously dig the hats. Plus I'm afraid of heights and that hike DOES phase me. I've never been able to get all the way to the top.
ReplyDeleteI love every one of these pictures. And I hope that you took advantage of that private time on top of angel's landing. Wink wink wink.
ReplyDeleteI love these pictures! Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteAmazing pictures, as usual!
ReplyDeleteLove these pictures and you are BEAUTIFUL Alisa! Sun damage and all (trust me, I know the feeling all too well). ;) XOXO
ReplyDeleteThese pictures just reaffirm how perfect you two are for one another. We love the Lintons! Here's to another 14, and 14 more after that, etc. Hugs to my beautiful friend!
