Many Thanks!

Thank you so much for all your sweet words of congratulations and encouragement!  It has meant the world to me!  So humbled that I have been thought of and prayed for by friends I've grown up with, and others I haven't met yet.

Josh tears up every time he reads a comment.

I haven't been able to sit still this week.  Josh and I are headed out for a little weekend adventure.  I am hoping to clear my head in the clean air, and wear myself out enough to rest.  And then I can type up some of my thoughts.  All of them super positive.

This is such an exhilarating part of the journey!  Hallelujah!!!

  9. Alisa and Josh,

I heard from Michelle P via FB on Sunday, she mentioned briefly what was happening in your family. Then today, I went to the audiologist and saw a young man that looked/acted familiarly. I looked at his name tag and saw that his last name was Linton. So I asked if he was related to Josh...low and behold, Josh's cousin. He filled me in a bit more and guided me to this blog.

First, my thoughts and prayers are with both of you and your family. Second, thank you for sharing your journey. God only knows His plan, but you two are facing it with honesty and courage. Those two adverbs often are not used together in adversity, I'm impressed. May you be filled with the peace that passes understanding. Last, what a beautiful family!

    Lots of,
